JJAZZ ® (Flame Retardant)
JJAZZ ® flame retardant is a highly efficient and most unique amino phosphate flame retardant system, based on proprietary catalyst technology and designed for use in environmentally friendly coatings and plastics applications. JJAZZ ® flame retardant is non-toxic and non-corrosive, offers excellent hydrolytic and UV stability, and has superior char forming and low smoke characteristics.
JEMINI 100™ Polymer Modifier is a phthalate free, non-petroleum (organic) based heat-resistant product. This agri-derived liquid does not contribute to fuel load and enhances flame retardancy in compounds incorporating additives such as Magnesium Hydroxide and ATH. This environmentally friendly additive has a very low vapor pressure up to 280°C. JEMINI 100™ can be used as a highly efficient process aid and internal lubricant that helps reduce the physical properties lost in compounds with extraordinary high loadings of fillers which otherwise could not be processed.

PolyFR 100
PolyFR-100 is a non-halogen flame retarded polypropylene compound designed for use in applications where UL-94 V0 performance is required. It has outstanding low temperature impact strength, tensile properties and leading edge electrical performance. It is recyclable.
PolyFR 160 is a non-halogen flame retarded glass-filled polypropylene compound designed for use in applications where high stiffness and flame retardant performance is required. It has outstanding impact strength and tensile properties. It is recyclable.
PolyFR 161 compound is a non-halogen flame retarded Sarlink TPV compound designed for use in applications where UL-94 V0 performance is required. It has outstanding low and ambient temperature impact strength and tensile properties. It is also recyclable.
