JJAZZ ® non-halogen flame retardant systems - Our highly efficient and most unique amino phosphate flame retardant system, based on proprietary catalyst technology and designed for use in environmentally friendly coatings and plastics applications.
JJI Technologies DEVELOPS NEW FLAME RETARDANT
JJI Technologies' new breakthrough development of an entirely organic, non-halogen higher temperature flame retardant additive intended for use in today's engineered resin systems such as Nylon 6 and Nylon 6/6 resins. Initial tests signify a low loading level of 8-15% in unfilled Nylon resins to achieve a UL94 V-O rating.
PolyFR® Concentrates - Our highly loaded non-halogen flame retardant concentrate designed for ease of use in polypropylene and polyethylene resin compounding and molding processes where FR levels can be metered in to meet various flame retardant standards for the product. The concentrates incorporate our high performance JJAZZ® intumescent flame retardant system.

Tests have shown that JJI materials can withstand extremely cold temperatures of -53 C (-63 F); extremely hot flame temperatures up to 1649 C (3000 F), with no corrosive gases and low smoke density.
